To Reserve: A down payment of $35.00 is needed to make your reservation. Your order will not be processed until down payment is recieved.
* Final payment is made to the driver at time of delivery. Drivers can only accept Cash at time of setup. Remaining balance can be made with Visa or Master card by phone the day before your event.
Weather Policy: Everyone knows that here in Oklahoma, the weather is anything but predictable.
*If the weather is not cooperating on the day of your booking (wind, rain, cold temperatures, etc.) you have the option to reschedule or cancel.
*All we ask is that if you are cancelling due to weather conditions, you call to cancel before 8:30am on the day of your rental so that our delivery staff does not attempt delivery for no reason.
*If you decide to keep your booking and the Bounce is delivered, there will be no refund.
Cervantes Funny Jumpers reserves the right to cancel any and all reservations due to severe weather that may result in unsafe bouncing conditions, damage to the equipment, or any other unforeseen weather and safety reasons.
